1. Product introduction:
Fiberglass mesh is a material woven from glass fibers into a mesh structure with high tensile strength, specialized for reinforcement, crack resistance and waterproofing in construction works. The product is often used in combination with mortars, waterproof paints or composite materials to increase mechanical strength, disperse stress and prevent the spread of cracks on the surface.
Common applications of fiberglass mesh are in the construction of walls, ceilings, concrete floors, waterproofing systems, tiling and the production of composite products in the construction, transportation and maritime industries.
2. Product features:
- The glass fibers are woven together in two perpendicular directions, forming a mesh with high tensile strength and dimensional stability
- The sturdy woven structure makes the product crack-resistant, tear-resistant and enhances the durability of the coating
- The surface is treated with alkali-resistant treatment to prevent the fibers from corroding in the cement environment, ensuring long-term durability
- Good wettability helps the resin or cement mortar to easily penetrate evenly, creating a strong bond between the layers of materials
- Easy to construct, can be cut and overlapped when used in waterproofing systems or surface reinforcement
3. Packaging:
The product is rolled into rolls with a common width of 1m, length from 30-100m depending on the type. Each roll is wrapped around a hard paper tube, covered with moisture-proof plastic film and packed in PE packaging or carton box to ensure safety during transportation.
4. Preserve:
- Fiberglass mesh should be stored in a dry, cool, clean place and away from direct sunlight
- Do not expose the product to rainwater or humid environments for a long time to avoid affecting the surface coating
- Suitable storage temperature: below 35°C
- Ambient humidity: from 35% to 65%
